What You Bring

? Proven experience in property management with a track record of driving occupancy and financial success at a property with a range of 250-300 units.
? Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and inspire a high-performing team. Team sizes range from 5-7 direct reports.
? Exceptional problem-solving, organization, and communication abilities
? A proactive approach to resident satisfaction and operational efficiency
? Proficiency in Rent Manager (or willingness to learn)

A Day in the Life

? Review market data to identify emerging trends that may impact portfolio performance
? Ensure quality control through inspections, audits, and obtaining feedback
? Oversee maintenance operations and ensure KPI’s and property goals are met or exceeded
? Analyze and report expense variances to both exec team and clients
? Maintain client relations by thorough and professional communication

? Handle Accounts Payables/Accounts Receivables timely and with attention to detail
? Ensure marketing efforts are followed through and conduct, plan, and implement marketing plans
? Handle customer service escalations
? Handle project management tasks like coordinating vendors, accepting and reviewing bids, and overseeing large rehab/property maintenance projects

Qualifications

? Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) preferred
? Proven experience in the Multi-Family, Single Family Rental Housing Industry
? Minimum 2 years as a Community Manager with Direct Reports
? Proficient in Microsoft, Outlook, Powerpoint, and Excel

? Strong Knowledge of local and federal laws: Fair Housing, Tenant Landlord Law, OSHA, etc.

Compensation

Starting compensation is $24-$27/hour depending on experience.?

This is a full-time, non-exempt position.?

Physical RequirementsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate by phone, email, and in-person discussions. Will be required to use hands, fingers, feel, and reach with hands to perform job tasks. Prolonged periods working at a computer. Regularly use headphones and earpiece. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
