Oversee on-site operations of several Mobile Home and RV Communities in Gold Beach/Brookings area, sustaining or increasing occupancy rates
Build positive relationships with residents, vendors, and team members
Assist in the marketing, showing, and upkeep of homes for rent and sale within the park.
Meet with prospective residents and complete rental process
Collect rent, ensuring timely revenue collections and sustain collection rates of 97%.
Enforce rules & regulations of community
Communicate verbally and through the use of written notices with residents.
Complete assigned tasks consistent with Fair Housing regulations
Other administrative duties as assigned
What you bring
A desire to live our values daily.
Goal oriented, with an eye for detail, and strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to re-evaluate priorities daily and meet deadlines.
Problem-solving and collaboration, both independently and working as a team.
A high level of professionalism.
A self-starter and able to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
An intermediate knowledge of Excel & Word
Requirements
2+ years of customer service experience
1+ years of administrative experience
Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
Must be able to pass background and drug screening.
Pay and Benefits
Pay rate: $18-22/hour DOE
30 hours a week, Tuesday-Saturday, 8-3pm
