What you'll do

• Oversee on-site operations of several Mobile Home and RV Communities in Gold Beach/Brookings area, sustaining or increasing occupancy rates
• Build positive relationships with residents, vendors, and team members
• Assist in the marketing, showing, and upkeep of homes for rent and sale within the park.
• Meet with prospective residents and complete rental process
• Collect rent, ensuring timely revenue collections and sustain collection rates of 97%.
• Enforce rules & regulations of community
• Communicate verbally and through the use of written notices with residents.
• Complete assigned tasks consistent with Fair Housing regulations
• Other administrative duties as assigned

• An intermediate knowledge of Excel & Word

Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• 1+ years of administrative experience
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Must be able to pass background and drug screening.

Pay and Benefits

• Pay rate: $18-22/hour DOE
• 30 hours a week, Tuesday-Saturday, 8-3pm
