We are seeking a highly motivated, knowledgeable Community Manager to assist with oversight of a multifamily property portfolio.
The Community Manager is accountable for all community operations, effective management and coordination of personnel, activities, and available resources in order to accomplish community objectives. These objectives will include maximizing occupancy levels, responsible use of resources, as well as monitoring and management of expenses to maintain/increase property value. Additionally, the Community Manager will ensure the Assistant Community Manager is fully trained to assume managerial duties in the event of the property manager’s absence.
Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct all business in accordance with established policies and procedures including the Fair Housing Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other applicable federal and state landlord-tenant laws.
Qualifications
This position requires three years of experience in on-site multifamily property management with a minimum of one year as a community manager. Candidates must have a background in supervision and a successful track record of accomplishments. Candidates must also be familiar with Seattle-specific multifamily housing regulations and Multi-Family Tax Exemption programs.

Full time hourly position. Must be available on weekends for staffing needs and emergencies.
