Community Manager

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Northwood Ridge | Spokane Valley

Are you someone who takes pride in creating a welcoming and well-run community? We’re looking for a
reliable, self-motivated Community Manager to take the lead at one of our smaller properties.

In this hands-on role, you’ll be the go-to person for residents, managing everything from leasing to resident relations to ensuring the property shines. You won’t be doing it alone, partner with our experienced Senior Maintenance Technician to keep things running smoothly. Together, you’ll be a two-person dream team!

What You’ll Do:

• Manage daily operations including leasing, resident relations, rent collection, renewals, and administrative duties


• Oversee financials: stay on top of budgets, invoice accuracy, and occupancy goals


• Review rents to ensure that they are in line with rental markets


• Show available units and provide an exceptional tour experience to potential residents


• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, landlord-tenant laws, and company policies


• Respond to resident questions, concerns, and service requests promptly


• Coordinate with maintenance for unit turns, inspections, and repairs

What We’re Looking For:

• 6-months experience in property management as a Community Manager or 1-year experience as a Leasing Agent


• Strong organizational skills and confidence working independently


• Friendly, dependable, and solution-oriented


• Great communication skills and a professional, approachable demeanor


• Tech savvy - familiar with ResMan software is a plus


• Fair Housing knowledge


• CALP/CAM preferred
