Community Manager
Monroe Group is looking for a Community Manager to join our team!
We are seeking a seasoned Community Manager who can manage a 50-unit Senior/Disabled affordable Project Based Section 8 (PBS8) & Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) community. Our ideal candidates enjoy mentoring and developing their team, and have the personality to positively interact with applicants, residents, and teammates. They enjoy leading teams, like to work hard while having fun, and are strong problem-solvers.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE has experience in working at a large Family Affordable Housing Apartment complex and shares our mission, vision, and values our commitment to customer service. He/she is a dynamic leader, possessing the ability to motivate and lead teams, and is fully competent with all phases of financial and variance reporting. Our ideal candidate has a strong background in PBS8, is marketing savvy and proficient in both MS Office (Word, Excel) and Property Management-related software. Our ideal candidate enjoys serving our residents, supporting our team, and driving positive, consistent results.
The Details: Our Community Managers are fully accountable and responsible for providing overall supervision of the community. Overseeing and enhancing the value of the property, and ensuring the property team is positive and successful. Specific duties include:

Additional preferred requirements for Affordable Housing properties: Strong experience in affordable housing programs. Participated in Management and Occupancy reviews and UPCS/REAC Inspections. Experience with resident-occupied project renovations.
