Community Manager - SIGNING BONUS (New Braunfels)

Join a proven real estate management company with more than 20 years of successful ownership and operations throughout San Antonio and surrounding areas. We are seeking a Community Manager for a 228-unit apartment community.

Key Responsibilities:

*Oversee all aspects of daily property operations including leasing, collections and manage maintenance technician
*Deliver outstanding customer service that builds resident loyalty and enhances community reputation

Must have prior multifamily management experience in a 200 unit plus apartment community with demonstrated success in; collections, leasing, and team leadership. Strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with property management software and reporting tools (Yardi). Bi-lingual a plus!
