Community Marketing Liaison Home Health

Empath Home Health, member of Empath Health is currently seeking a mission driven Community Marketing Liaison (Business Development-Home Health) to join our Hernando County Home Health team supporting Brooksville, Weeki Wachee, Spring Hill, N. Brooksvill, Ridge Manor and surrounding areas.

What you'll Do

• The Home Health Community Marketing Liaison Home Health is a relationship building and educational position.


• The Liaison will act as a consultant to our referral sources to educate them about Home Health services.


• The Liaison would be an expert in Home Health services, as well as adept at educating our professional community regarding the benefits and scope of Home Health services.


• He/she would be expected to identify and facilitate opportunities for marketing, referrals, community outreach, and education of the Home Health program.

What You'll Need

• Minimum 2 years’ outreach, professional relations and/or sales experience in Home Health. 


• Ability to work unsupervised exercising a high degree of discretion and independent judgement.


• Strong communication and relationship building skills.
