We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Home Care Consultant to join our dedicated team. This position is ideal for a results-oriented professional with a strong passion for senior care and community engagement. The successful candidate will play a key role in fostering relationships with healthcare providers, generating client referrals, and supporting families in accessing essential care services.

Key Responsibilities

  Develop and execute strategic sales and outreach plans to increase client referrals

  Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and referral partners

  Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and outreach objectives

  Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client interactions and outreach activities

  Represent Caring Senior Service at community events, health fairs, and professional networking opportunities

  Collaborate with internal staff and caregivers to ensure the highest standard of client care

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Proven experience in a similar role within home care, healthcare, or senior services

  Strong knowledge of home care operations, medical terminology, and industry regulations

  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust

Compensation & Benefits

  Competitive annual salary: $45,000 – $55,000, based on experience
