Key Responsibilities:

• Represent nonprofit organizations at live events, retail locations, and public pop-up campaigns

• Assist with event setup, logistics, and on-site execution to ensure smooth operations

• Create a professional, engaging event presence with branded materials and displays

• Collect and report outreach data, feedback, and campaign insights

• Collaborate with team members and nonprofit partners to achieve fundraising and visibility goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Based in or near Richmond, VA with reliable local availability

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive, energetic, and passionate about social causes

• Detail-oriented and organized with event experience (a plus, not required)

• Comfortable working evenings and weekends when events are scheduled

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
