As a Community Outreach Assistant, you’ll play a key role in helping us build strong relationships between our clients and their communities. You’ll support outreach strategies, promote brand visibility, and represent client initiatives in a professional, people-first manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in executing outreach campaigns to increase community engagement and brand awareness
• Represent client brands in a professional and approachable way across various community touchpoints
• Distribute marketing materials and provide information about products, services, or initiatives
• Communicate with the public to gather feedback and understand community needs
• Support internal team efforts to develop outreach strategies and track campaign effectiveness
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, insights, and outcomes for reporting purposes
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure consistent messaging
