Community Outreach Associate - Entry Level

We are seeking a highly motivated and personable individual to join our team as a Community Outreach Associate. In this entry-level role, you will play a critical part in supporting interactive, face-to-face marketing and public education campaigns designed to increase brand visibility and deepen community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent client partners at community events, pop-up activations, and outreach campaigns

• Communicate key messages to the public regarding client services, programs, and mission-based initiatives

• Assist in the planning, setup, and breakdown of outreach booths, branded displays, and event logistics

• Respond to inquiries in a professional and informed manner to enhance the overall public experience

• Gather community feedback and contribute to campaign reporting and performance metrics

• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment with campaign goals and execution timelines
