Community Outreach Associate - Entry Level

Are you outgoing, motivated, and looking for an opportunity to make a difference in your community? We’re hiring an Entry-Level Community Outreach Associate to help support nonprofit initiatives while gaining valuable experience in customer engagement, sales, and communication.

No prior experience is necessary! We provide paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

What You’ll Do:

• Engage directly with community members through event-based outreach
• Represent and communicate the mission of nonprofit organizations
• Share information clearly and answer questions professionally
• Encourage voluntary donations to support nonprofit campaigns
• Maintain a positive, professional, and approachable demeanor
• Attend team meetings and ongoing training sessions
• Track interactions accurately and follow company guidelines

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfort speaking with new people face-to-face
• Dependable, punctual, and a team player
• Willingness to learn and accept coaching
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States
