Community Outreach Coordinator

This entry-level opportunity builds awareness and relationships through local events, partnerships, and direct community interaction.

People contact is central to the role. This is an on-site position with regular face-to-face interaction. The role is designed for someone comfortable working directly with customers, clients, members, community participants, partners, or onsite coworkers rather than working exclusively behind the scenes.

Where you’ll contribute

·       Represent the organization at onsite and community activities

·       Build relationships with participants and local partners

·       Coordinate outreach materials and event logistics

·       Document engagement and follow-up needs

What helps you succeed: A strong entry-level candidate is personable, dependable, comfortable starting conversations, organized, coachable, and able to communicate professionally in a fast-moving environment. Related experience can be helpful, but transferable experience from retail, hospitality, customer service, campus activities, athletics, or other people-facing work may also be relevant.
