Location: Region 2: Baton Rouge, LA

Position Overview

Cornerstone Youth & Family Services is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Community Outreach Coordinator to expand community partnerships, strengthen referral networks, and increase awareness of our Wraparound services through Louisiana's Coordinated System of Care (CSoC).

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and networking skills, experience engaging community organizations, and the ability to develop meaningful partnerships that support children, youth, and families.

Minimum Qualifications

• 
  

  High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.

  
  


• 
  

  Minimum of two years of experience in community outreach, community engagement, social services, nonprofit services, public relations, or a related field.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to develop partnerships, coordinate outreach activities, and maintain accurate records.

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel throughout the assigned region.

  
  

Preferred: Experience with schools, DCFS, juvenile justice, nonprofit organizations, community-based services, or Louisiana's CSoC/Wraparound program.
