About Us:

We provide non-medical in-home care to seniors - helping them remain safe, supported, and comfortable in the homes they love. We're seeming a Community Relations Supervisor to champion our missing in the field - building referral network, driving private pay client growth, and being a familiar, trusted face in the community.

What You'll Do:

• Build and grow lasting relationships with referral sources (physicians, hospitals, rehab centers, etc)
• Attend community events and represent Senior Solutions with passion and professionalism
• Drive business development initiatives to grow private pay client base and care hours
• Conduct in-home assessments and facilitate caregiver introductions
• Visit clients onsite to ensure high satisfaction and retention
• Track relationship-building efforts and results in our CRM system
• Collaborate closely with our care team to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience
• Assist with recruiting and caregiver support needs when necessary

• Experience in marketing, business development, or healthcare outreach (senior care experience is a big plus!)

• Excellent communicators with strong organization and follow-up skills

Work Environment: 

This is a hybrid position that blends autonomy with collaboration. You'll spend your time between the filed, client visits, community events, occasional in-office meetings, and working from home.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• 1 - 2+ years of business or sales/marketing experience preferred
• Exceptional networking, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
• Valid driver’s license and car insurance with the willingness to travel within the assigned territory
• Proficiency with computer based software (such as email, CRM)
• Ability to maintain confidential information and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines and regulations
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen per company standards
• Ability to be available on-call as needed outside of standard business hours
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and market conditions
• Passionate and eager about making a positive impact in the community
• Possession of a smartphone with an active service plan and the ability to download required apps required
