Community Outreach / Customer Service Trainee

We are one of the leading marketing and sales firms in the Southern California area. Our team works together through interactive community outreach events to educate community members on the benefits they may be eligible for. 

The Entry Level Community Outreach & Customer Service Trainee will focus on community outreach and should be extremely comfortable interacting face to face with people. To continue expanding our client's reach in the Orange County area, you will focus on lead generation, client acquisition, sales and customer service. The As the Entry Level Community Outreach & Customer Service Trainee, you will receive full training and the opportunity to move into a management role within our team.

Entry Level Community Outreach & Customer Service Trainee Responsibilities:

• Comply with all client guidelines while working face to face with customers
• Effectively communicate product knowledge to prospective customers
• Engaging directly with consumers and effectively educating them on our client's products and services to drive sales
