Community Outreach Representative

We’re hiring a Community Outreach Representative to join our growing team! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys face-to-face interaction, thrives in a team setting, and wants to play a vital role in supporting causes that matter.

As a Community Outreach Representative, you'll serve as the public face of our organization, engaging with local communities to build support and awareness for important initiatives. You’ll attend events, interact with the public, and help drive successful campaigns from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients or causes at community events, retail locations, and public spaces

• Educate and inform the public about current campaigns and services

• Recruit and engage supporters through face-to-face outreach

• Distribute materials and answer questions about programs and initiatives

• Support planning and coordination of outreach events and promotional activities

• Maintain records of outreach activities and help track engagement results

• Work closely with team leads to meet performance and awareness goals

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Friendly, approachable, and confident engaging with the public

• Ability to work independently and within a team environment

• Previous customer service, sales, or community engagement experience is a plus

• Must be comfortable working on-site at community events (some weekends required)

• Passion for public service, nonprofit work, or social impact
