Community Outreach Representative

 We are seeking enthusiastic Canvassers to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. In this role, you will engage with voters door-to-door, sharing important information about the Election and encouraging participation.

 Pay Rate: $20/$22 per hour 

 Responsibilities: 

• Conduct door-to-door canvassing to engage with voters and discuss key election issues. 

• Provide information about the candidates and their platforms during conversations. 

• Collect feedback from voters to understand community concerns and priorities. 

• Must be able to accurately document important conversations that occur. 

• Maintain accurate records of interactions and report back to campaign leadership.  

 Requirements:
• Must be 18 years or older or possess working papers.
• Working Smart Phone (phone must be able to receive calls and have internet access without connectivity to WiFi).
• Able to stand on your feet for up to 5+ hours.
• Must have a social security number.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Must have excellent listening skills and take direction well.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Passion for civic engagement and political processes.
