Community Outreach Representative - Cleveland

We are seeking motivated and outgoing Community Outreach Representatives to support a voter engagement initiative throughout Cleveland, OH. This is paid, meaningful work that allows you to engage directly with the community while earning competitive hourly pay.

- Pay: $20 per hour
- Schedule: 6-hour shifts
- Weekly Potential: Up to $800 per week
- Work Environment: Outdoor, field-based

Qualifications:

- Engage community members in a positive and respectful manner
- Provide basic information about voting
- Represent the organization professionally in public settings

- Outgoing and comfortable speaking with the public
- Willing and able to work outdoors for full shifts
- Reliable and punctual
- Must have a working cell phone
- Ability to follow instructions and comply with program guidelines
- Prior outreach or canvassing experience is a plus, but not required
