Community Outreach Representative - Entry Level

We're hiring a Community Outreach Representative to join our growing event marketing team! This entry-level role is perfect for someone who is enthusiastic, outgoing, and eager to gain hands-on experience in community outreach, brand advocacy, and live event promotions.

Work with nationally recognized brands and nonprofit organizations to raise awareness and drive support for meaningful causes through face-to-face engagement at public events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent top client brands at community events, retail activations, and outreach campaigns

• Engage directly with the public to deliver campaign messages, answer questions, and build relationships

• Help set up, execute, and break down live events to ensure smooth operations

• Participate in outreach initiatives to boost brand visibility and encourage community participation

• Act as a professional brand ambassador with a friendly, approachable demeanor

• Work collaboratively with teammates to hit outreach goals and optimize event success

• Track outreach results, gather public feedback, and suggest ideas for campaign improvement

• Punctual, reliable, and comfortable speaking with diverse audiences

• Interest in marketing, PR, event coordination, or community engagement

• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Experience in customer service, events, or promotions is a plus—but not required (paid training provided)
