Community Outreach Representative - Entry Level

We’re hiring Entry-Level Community Outreach Associates to represent leading nonprofit organizations at live events, street campaigns, and community initiatives.

💼 What You’ll Do

As part of our Community Outreach Team, you’ll play a key role in bringing attention to important causes and building lasting supporter relationships.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Representing nonprofit partners at local events, community campaigns, and street outreach

• Starting meaningful conversations to educate the public about charitable causes and nonprofit missions

• Inspiring new donors and encouraging long-term supporter engagement

• Managing outreach logistics including booth setup, signage, and branded materials

• Participating in daily training to build skills in public speaking, fundraising, and cause marketing

• Tracking performance metrics and sharing ideas to improve outreach results
