We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Community Outreach Representative to join our team. This entry-level role is critical in implementing and managing our community outreach and engagement strategies. You will work closely with the Community Relations team to strengthen relationships with local communities, organizations, and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing community outreach programs and events.
• Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, nonprofits, and local organizations.
• Coordinate and participate in community events, volunteer initiatives, and charitable programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure community engagement efforts align with organizational objectives.
• Monitor and respond to community feedback, inquiries, and concerns.
• Conduct research to identify partnership opportunities and community needs.
• Track, analyze, and report on community engagement metrics and program outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Demonstrated passion for community engagement and social responsibility.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
