We are currently hiring an Entry-Level Community Outreach Representative to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about working with people, building relationships, and contributing to community-based programs while starting a long-term career in outreach, communications, or nonprofit engagement.
No prior experience is required. We provide paid training, hands-on support, and structured development to help you succeed in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
Position Overview
In this role, you will support community outreach efforts by helping coordinate engagement activities, assisting with local events, and building positive relationships with community members and partner organizations. You will work closely with the Community Relations team to ensure outreach efforts are effective, organized, and aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of community outreach programs and engagement events
Build and maintain positive relationships with local organizations, community partners, and stakeholders
Participate in community events, outreach campaigns, and charitable initiatives
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure alignment on outreach goals and messaging
Respond to community inquiries and provide clear, helpful information when needed
Assist in identifying potential partnership opportunities through basic research and outreach
Track engagement activity and assist with compiling simple reports on outreach performance
Represent the organization in a professional, positive, and community-focused manner
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a people-first mindset
Interest in community engagement, outreach, nonprofit work, or public-facing roles
Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a team setting
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-based or event-driven environment
Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and grow professionally
Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States
Preferred (Not Required)
Bachelor’s degree or coursework in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, fundraising, or event support
