We’re hiring Community Outreach Representatives to join our expanding team and help drive high-impact nonprofit campaigns through direct, in-person engagement across the local community.

This is a full-time, entry-level position with comprehensive paid training, designed for individuals who want to make a real difference and grow professionally in nonprofit outreach, fundraising, public relations, or advocacy.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

As a Community Outreach Representative, you will be the public face of nationally recognized nonprofit organizations. Your primary goal is to engage community members in meaningful conversations that raise awareness and inspire action.

You will:

• Represent nonprofit partners at events, pop-ups, and high-traffic public venues

• Conduct face-to-face outreach to educate the public and share the nonprofit’s mission

• Encourage community support through donations, sign-ups, or volunteer interest

• Help set up and maintain event displays, branded materials, and outreach booths

• Collaborate with your team to meet daily outreach and fundraising goals

• Collect feedback and track campaign results for performance improvement

• Participate in regular training and coaching sessions to improve communication and leadership skills
