Community Outreach Representative Immediate Hire

We are actively hiring motivated individuals to join our team as Community Outreach Representatives. In this entry-level role, you’ll engage face-to-face with community members to support nonprofit fundraising campaigns while building valuable communication and customer service skills.

No experience required — we provide paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed from day one.

What You’ll Do

• Interact directly with the public to promote nonprofit initiatives
• Provide excellent face-to-face customer service
• Educate community members about nonprofit missions and impact
• Assist with fundraising efforts through outreach and engagement
• Maintain a professional, positive attitude in all interactions

• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable speaking with new people daily
• Reliable, team-oriented, and coachable
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
