Do you enjoy connecting with people and working on your own terms? Prime Pest Solutions is looking for Community Outreach Sales Representatives to help educate homeowners about pest protection services. You’ll have the freedom to manage your own schedule and earn based entirely on your performance.

To support your start, we offer a $1 per qualified door conversation incentive during the onboarding period (typically 2–3 weeks). This helps bridge the learning curve while you build confidence.

Your Responsibilities:

Walk neighborhoods and start friendly, informative conversations

Introduce Prime’s pest control services and pricing

Follow up with interested leads to help close the sale

Use your personality and grit to build trust
