Attleboro Enterprises, Inc. is hiring caring, dependable Direct Support Professionals for our Community-Based Day Program in North Attleboro, MA and future Plainville, MA location. If you enjoy helping others build independence and connect with their community, we’d love to hear from you!
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 37 hours per week
Starting Pay: $21.00 per hour
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- One year of related human services experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Acceptable CORI background check
Main Daily Responsibilities
- Support adults with developmental disabilities in developing independence and daily living skills.
- Assist participants in accessing community activities, resources, and social opportunities.
- Help individuals identify personal goals and develop plans to achieve them.
- Build positive relationships and support networks that promote inclusion, confidence, and community involvement.
- Provide individualized support that respects each participant’s choices, abilities, and preferences.
- Encourage participation in meaningful activities that promote personal growth and independence.
