Full-Time: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
SUMMARY
The Community Rehabilitation Specialist helps adults, children, and youth build the skills and supports they need to live, learn, work, and participate in the community. This position focuses on helping individuals identify employment and life goals, connect with supports, strengthen daily living and coping skills, and maintain progress toward recovery and greater independence. The role works closely with the treatment team, community partners, and the individual served to support person-centered care and successful community and employment integration.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Required: Posses a high school diploma or equivalent, knowledge of, training in, or experience working with people who have mental health needs, substance use needs, co-occurring disorders, or serious emotional challenges, including children and youth.
Preferred: Certification as a Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner (CPRP)
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must maintain valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
