Day to Day: 

• Support occupancy growth by managing inbound leads, follow-ups, tours, and move-ins while presenting the community’s value to prospective residents and families
• Partner with the Executive Director and VP of Sales & Marketing to execute sales and marketing strategies that drive lead generation and conversions
• Build and maintain relationships through regular and persistent outreach in the surrounding community with residents, families, referral partners, and key community partners
• Utilize the company CRM daily to manage leads, track inquiries and follow-ups, monitor conversion metrics, and ensure all inquiries are handled promptly, professionally, and with consistent follow-through
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth pre-admission, admission, and move-in processes for new residents

Qualifications: 

• 1 year of sales experience required
• Senior living experience preferred
• At minimum 18 years of age or older required
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must speak fluent English
