Community Relations Manager - Entry Level

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Entry-Level Community Relations Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with local organizations, community members, and stakeholders to support charitable events, public campaigns, and community-focused projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster Community Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with community leaders, nonprofits, and local organizations to increase awareness and support for our initiatives.

• Support Events & Campaigns: Assist in organizing and promoting community events, fundraisers, and outreach programs.

• Promote the Brand: Represent the organization in the community, ensuring a positive public image and consistent brand messaging.

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with marketing, PR, and event teams to align outreach efforts with company goals.

• Collect and Report Feedback: Gather insights and feedback from community partners and attendees to improve future campaigns.

• Track Engagement Metrics: Monitor outreach performance, event attendance, and community engagement to measure success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Passion for community development and charitable work

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

• Team-oriented with a strong desire to learn and grow

• Previous volunteer or community outreach experience is a plus
