We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Entry-Level Community Relations Manager to join our growing team. Support Events & Campaigns: Assist in organizing and promoting community events, fundraisers, and outreach programs.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with marketing, PR, and event teams to align outreach efforts with company goals.
Collect and Report Feedback: Gather insights and feedback from community partners and attendees to improve future campaigns.
Track Engagement Metrics: Monitor outreach performance, event attendance, and community engagement to measure success.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Passion for community development and charitable work
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Team-oriented with a strong desire to learn and grow
Previous volunteer or community outreach experience is a plus
