Community Relations Manager - Entry Level

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Community Relations Manager to join our growing outreach team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute community outreach programs that align with brand and social impact goals
• Build strong relationships with nonprofits, local organizations, community leaders, and stakeholders
• Coordinate and support local events, sponsorships, and partnership initiatives
• Collaborate with PR, marketing, and sales teams to integrate community strategies into broader business goals
• Serve as a brand ambassador at community meetings, events, and outreach activities
• Track and evaluate the success of outreach programs using data, feedback, and performance metrics
• Prepare and present reports highlighting outreach progress and future opportunities

Qualifications:

• Genuine passion for community engagement, social impact, and relationship-building
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, people-first mindset
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
• Self-starter with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude
• Interest or background in public relations, marketing, nonprofit work, or community development
• Experience in event planning or outreach is a plus—but not required (training provided)
