Community Relations Manager - In Home Care Agency

At Caring Senior Service of NE Dallas, we are dedicated to helping seniors maintain their independence and quality of life by delivering personalized, non-medical in-home care services. Our compassionate approach allows seniors to age safely and comfortably in their home.

We are currently seeking a dynamic Home Care Consultant to join our new Caring Team. This role is ideal for a results-driven, compassionate professional with a passion for senior care and community engagement. You will build meaningful relationships with healthcare providers, generate client referrals, and help families access the support they need.

• Develop and implement effective sales and outreach strategies to drive new client referrals
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and referral partners
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales and outreach goals
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and outreach activities
• Represent Caring Senior Service at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities
• Collaborate closely with office staff and caregivers to ensure exceptional service delivery

• Proven experience in a similar role within home care, healthcare, or senior services
• Knowledge of home care practices, medical terminology, and relevant industry regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build trust
• A strong passion for improving the lives of seniors and their families
• Must have a valid Texas drivers license and a clean driving record
• Must be willing to travel throughout the service area

• Salary: $40,000-$50,000 annually
