Volt is immediately hiring an Customer Relations Representative for a leading apartment community in Mission Valley.
As a Customer Relations Representative you will:
- Work with the Customer Relations and Maintenance Departments
- Promoting positive, proactive customer interactions to make their experience of the highest quality
- Performing resident retention calls and facilitating the resident retention process which includes renewal paperwork
- Providing input regarding how to continually improve and provide more efficient resident relations
- Assisting residents with the move-in and move-out process
- Assisting with achieving financial goals through closing on renewals and transfers, participating in leasing goals and communicating the value of our communities
- Providing input regarding how to continually improve and provide more efficient resident relations
- Follow up with unresolved resident concerns in surveys or reviews as needed
- Monitoring NPS and Yelp scores daily to improve the customer experience and maintain awareness of community reputation
- Solving simple to complex resident relations issues in a timely manner
- Assisting with achieving financial goals through closing on renewals and transfers, participating in leasing goals and communicating the value of our communities
- Ensuring all relevant information regarding resident concerns and requests are accurately recorded in OneSite
- Completing and submitting final account statements (FAS)
- Performing community inspections to ensure aesthetics are maintained to company expectations, taking pictures, and documenting any damage
- Managing the eviction process from beginning to end
- Conduct Move out inspections as needed
- Participating in performance leasing consultant duties as needed (leasing, tours, etc.)
This is a Full-Time Temporary Opportunity
The ideal candidate will have:
- High School Diploma
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Ability to handle basic accounting fundamentals and concepts
- Able to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Excellent written and oral communication and social skills
- Ability to float between 2 apartment communities (within the same area)
Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 9 AM – 6 PM (on-site) off Friday/Saturday
Pay Rate: $24/hr.
