We are seeking an enthusiastic Community Relations Supervisor to help us expand our reach and strengthen our relationships within the Middle Tennessee community with a heavy focus within Putnam county and surrounding areas. As a Community Relations Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of our outreach efforts, driving business development and marketing initiatives. Your role will involve fostering relationships with clients, caregivers, referral sources, and community stakeholders to expand our private pay business and enhance community well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to identify and engage potential referral sources, including hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and physician offices
Build and maintain strong relationships through networking events, meetings, and educational presentations.
Increase care hours and market share by cultivating profitable referral pipelines
Maintain detailed records in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Represent Senior Solutions at community events, advocating for our services and values
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery
Conduct onsite supervisory visits to ensure client satisfaction and assist with retention efforts
Facilitate in-home assessments and introductions between clients and caregivers as needed
Support field recruiting activities as needed
Work Environment:
This is a hybrid role, allowing for flexibility in your work environment. You will have the autonomy to work independently in both office and field settings.

Requirements
High school diploma or GED equivalent required
2+ years of business or sales/marketing experience preferred
Exceptional networking, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
Strong ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
Valid driver’s license and car insurance with the willingness to travel within the assigned territory
Proficiency with computer based software (such as email, CRM)
Ability to maintain confidential information and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines and regulations
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen per company standards
Ability to be available on-call as needed outside of standard business hours
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and market conditions
Passionate and eager about making a positive impact in the community
Possession of a smartphone with an active service plan and the ability to download required apps required
