Summary
The Community Residence Program Manager (PM) works to ensure that quality childcare services are delivered within the Office of Mental Health residential group care facility according to agency policy and all applicable state and federal regulations. This directive includes development of the staff and ensuring the continuity and quality of service to the residents. The Program Manager is responsible for completing the implementation of departmental goals and programs. By demonstrating our values and delivering exceptional results, the incumbent will contribute to the Glove House high-performance culture. This ensures that Glove House remains a leading provider of child, family and behavioral health solutions. The Program Manager is directly accountable to the Vice President of Programs and Quality.

Schedule Expectations
The incumbent will work a standard scheduled week; however, flexible hours may include weekends, evenings and holidays. The ability to work flexible hours is required as is the ability to provide on-call support when scheduled or to meet business needs. Travel will be as needed to conduct Glove House business-related activities. Duties of this position require 100% time at work.
