Community Sales Manager

TITLE: COMMUNITY SALES MANAGER

REPORTS TO: SENIOR DIRECTOR OF DIGITAL EXPERIENCE  

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a strategic, detail-oriented, and fashion-savvy professional to lead our brand’s presence on ShopMy, a key affiliate and creator commerce platform.  The ShopMy Sales Manager is responsible for building and managing an online network that will sell and represent alice + olivia.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Surpass annual ShopMy sales target

·       Utilize ShopMy platform to identify new creators / potential brand partners.  

·       Leverage monthly gifting budget strategically, to ensure there is an overarching brand product focus.

·       Develop monthly creator strategy, with the end goal always being ecommerce sales.  

·       Outreach + develop relationships with creators, ensuring they have a seamless and personal brand experience.

·       Place creator orders + manage gifting process, ensure inventory accuracy and timeliness.

·       Work closely with e-commerce and marketing teams to align promotions and launches with ShopMy content strategies.

·       Analyze + communicate monthly results, determining which creators we will continue to work with and how we will amend future strategies to drive revenue.

·       Provide competitor analysis whenever possible, identifying brand wins and happenings.

·       Continue to research alternative platforms, with the end goal of integration.

REQUIREMENTS:

·       Previous experience within ShopMy or similar platforms is required

·       Previous experience with influencer/creator communication is required

·       Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential

·       Strong knowledge of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and digital content

·       Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

·       Must be proficient in excel + power point

SALARY/BENEFITS:

·       $55,000-$65,000/yr. plus monthly commission
