We are seeking an experienced and mission-driven Community Service Manager to lead, coordinate, and oversee community outreach and service programs in a fully remote capacity. The successful candidate will be responsible for program development, stakeholder engagement, performance oversight, and compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements while advancing the organizations community impact objectives.
This position is strictly limited to candidates who currently reside in the United States and are legally authorized to work in the U.S. Applications from individuals residing outside the United States will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, implement, and manage community service and outreach programs aligned with organizational goals
Develop partnerships with community organizations, nonprofits, and public agencies
Supervise program staff, volunteers, and contractors, ensuring effective performance and accountability
Monitor program outcomes, prepare reports, and evaluate impact against established metrics
Manage program budgets, resource allocation, and funding requirements
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies
Represent the organization in community meetings, virtual events, and stakeholder engagements
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Public Administration, Social Work, Community Development, Nonprofit Management, or a related field
Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in community services, program management, or nonprofit leadership
Demonstrated experience managing programs, budgets, and stakeholder relationships
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with geographically dispersed teams
Compensation:
Annual Salary Range: $80,000 – $110,000 USD, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and geographic location
