Position Title: Community Specialist




Job Description:




  • Research local, regional, national, and online market conditions.




  • Gather data to assess potential sales of company products and services, including competitor analysis, pricing, sales tactics, and marketing/distribution methods.




  • Utilize search marketing tactics, analyze web metrics, and provide recommendations to improve search engine visibility.




  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute programs.




  • Build and maintain internal/external tools to support company projects.




  • Regularly track and report on key KPIs and metrics.




  • Curate and manage a growing community of C-Level portfolio leaders (CXOs).




  • Facilitate relevant discussions, tactical workshops, networking events, and critical business connections for CXOs.




  • Prepare reports with graphical illustrations and written analysis of complex findings.




  • Design and execute a comprehensive communication plan for key stakeholders.




  • Optimize business processes and manage marketing initiatives.




  • Oversee community engagement, onboarding/offboarding of CXO members, and communication across platforms.




  • Assist with logistics and be directly involved in strategic tracking of portfolio value.




Work Location:
San Francisco, CA office.
Hybrid work permitted with managerial approval; in-office presence required three days per week.




Requirements:




  • Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent.




  • 3 years of related experience, including:




    • End-to-end community platform management (strategy, engagement, performance analysis).




    • Monitoring and reporting on KPIs and business metrics.




    • Managing growth initiatives, partnerships, and product expansion.




    • Solving complex operational/business challenges.




    • Organizing org-wide programs, documenting processes, tracking data, and generating stakeholder reports.






  • Technical experience with:




    • Google Suite, Microsoft 365, Slack, ChatGPT, Mobilize/Forj, Orbiit, Mailchimp, Yesware




    • Hootsuite, Google Analytics, UTM tracking/bitly, Airtable, Notion, Zapier




    • Salesforce, Wordpress, Figma, Canva






Note: Position requires presence in San Francisco office 3 days per week.




Details:




  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week




  • Location: San Francisco, California




  • Salary: $130,000 - $145,000 per year
