Community Support Associate (KRCC-Laurel Cottage/Emmalena)

Location: Emmalena, KY

Employment: Full-Time

Credentials: High School Diploma/GED, plus 1 (One) year full time working with individuals who receive treatment services for treatment of a mental health/co-occurring disorder.

Special skills: Interpersonal and written communication skills

Shifts/Days: (Monday-Friday) 8am-4pm (40 hours per week)

Primary Functions:

• Assisting individuals to live with maximum independence in the community.
• Assisting individuals to take medications, monitor symptoms, and monitor side effects of medication.
• Teach individuals skills for living in the community, budgeting money and keeping home safe and clean.
• Assist clients with transportation to appointments.
