Community Support Associate/Customer Service (Project ADDVANCE Hazard, KY)

Title: CSA/Customer Service

Location: Hazard, KY

Employment Type: Regular Full Time (Monday-Friday; 8am-5pm)

Credentials: High School/GED

Special Skills/Knowledge Required: At least one (1) year working with clients with mental illness and/or substance use. Computer skills required. Clear driving record having license for at least three (3) years.

Primary Functions of job:

• Ability to use Word, EXCEL, and other programs to maintain client lists, create purchase orders, data entry, make appointments.
• Driving participants to a series of appointments, to work, etc.
• May provide group and individual sessions on daily living skills.
