  • Ensure all client interactions and documentation adhere to confidentiality and compliance standards.

  • Represent the program at community meetings, outreach events, and training sessions.

  • Work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Certified Peer Counselor or Recovery Coach preferred.

Certifications & Licenses:

  • Ability to pass background checks.

  • Washington Health Plan Finder Navigator certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days).

Skills & Abilities:

  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse individuals.

  • Experience with electronic health records and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Knowledge of telehealth platforms such as Zoom and Teams.

  • Excellent boundary-setting, teamwork, and organizational skills
