Community Surveyor Representative

We are the dedicated maintenance services arm of several leading community management companies, proudly serving homeowners associations (HOAs) and condominium communities throughout the Tampa Bay and St. Petersburg region. About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and relationship-focused Community Surveyor Representative to drive internal business development by engaging with our affiliated Community Association Managers (CAMs) and identifying service opportunities within the communities they manage. This field-based role is instrumental in supporting our mission to deliver proactive property care and build long-term, value-driven partnerships—all within our network of affiliated companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Internal Relationship Building:
       Develop strong working relationships with Community Association Managers (CAMs) within our affiliated management companies to understand community needs and position our services as first-in-line solutions.
• Community Inspections:
       Conduct proactive, on-site inspections of communities to identify maintenance issues, safety concerns, and areas for improvement or enhancement.
• Proposal Creation:
       Develop clear, detailed estimates and proposals for repair work, recurring  maintenance, janitorial services, and pool care. Tailor each proposal to fit community budgets and goals.
• Recurring Revenue Growth:
       Strategically identify opportunities to implement recurring service agreements that streamline operations and ensure consistent quality across properties.
• CAM & Board Engagement:
       Collaborate with CAMs to present proposals to HOA/Board members, attend board meetings as needed, and answer questions with confidence and professionalism to secure approval.
• Collaborative Execution:
       Partner with internal operations, scheduling, and field service teams to ensure successful execution of approved work and ongoing service delivery.
• Documentation & Reporting:
       Keep detailed records of inspections, communications, and service proposals to ensure transparency, accountability, and strategic planning.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in property services, sales, or community management preferred; knowledge of HOA/condo operations a strong plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust, credibility, and long-term relationships internally.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including presenting to HOA boards and stakeholders.
• Ability to self-manage time, priorities, and travel within the Tampa Bay & St. Pete area.
• Familiarity with maintenance trades (janitorial, pool, landscaping, repairs) is a plus.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and productivity tools (e.g., Fieldpoint, Microsoft Office, mobile inspection/reporting apps).
