Job Title: Production Line Worker - Compass Assembly
Location: Brunton Facility, Riverton, Wyoming
Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, and 4-Day Work Week Options

Overview:
Join our team at Brunton and become part of a 130-year legacy of crafting top-quality compasses and pocket transits. We are on the lookout for energetic and dependable individuals to help assemble and package our products. No experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training.

What You'll Do:

● Assemble products following specific instructions and specifications.

● Package finished products for shipping.

● Maintain a clean and safe workspace.

● Collaborate with your team to achieve daily production goals.

● Make sure all compasses meet our high-quality standards.

What We’re Looking For:

● Dependability and punctuality.

● Ability to follow directions and learn new tasks quickly.

● Good hand dexterity and capability to work with small components.

● Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand or sit for extended periods.

● Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Hours:

● Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM for full-time workers.
