Compensation Analyst

Responsibilities

• Assist Compensation Lead with the completion of annual broad-based and executive compensation surveys.
• Conduct market analyses and partner with HR teammates to develop recommendations for new hires and internal roles.
• Assist Compensation Lead with the execution of programs that require cross functional collaboration, including annual compensation planning.
• Develop communication tools to help expand understanding of compensation programs.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on compensation questions.
• Keep abreast of compensation trends as well as federal, state, local and/or provisional laws and regulations.
• Assist with managing equity plans through the Fidelity platform.
• Other duties that may be assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or Business
• Experience in Banking / Human Resources / Compensation is a plus
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Preferred experience with Workday, Fidelity and PayScale
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner
• Excellent communication skills including speaking, writing and presenting
• Ability to establish positive working relationships across the organization
• Strong organizational skills; including effective time management 
• Self-starter, pro-active, willing to learn
