Compensation and Business Analyst

We are seeking a positive, highly motivated, and detail-oriented Compensation & Business Analyst to join our HR team. In this role, you will play a key part in connecting HR with the business by providing strategic insights, maintaining data integrity, and managing core compensation and salary modules processes.

You'll be part of a collaborative and dynamic HR team that values data-driven decision-making, professional growth, and the opportunity to make a real impact across the organization.

Your Mission:

You will help shape, manage, and analyze compensation programs to support the organization’s strategic goals. Your work will directly support HR leaders, business managers, and finance teams with data-driven insights and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, management, and ongoing control of the organizational headcount, salary, and wage cost budget
• Drive and maintain all core reward processes, including payroll updates, annual bonuses, ESOP etc.
• Conduct and analyze salary surveys to support competitive and equitable compensation decisions
• Support the creation and optimization of HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, internal mobility, and offboarding
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in monthly HR and compensation reports
• Work closely with finance on FP&A and budget monitoring
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to HR and senior leadership teams

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics or a related field
• Advanced Excel skills– including data analysis, dashboards, and visual storytelling
• Minimum 3 years of experience in budget planning, forecasting, high level analysis modules - a must.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work cross-functionally
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Experience with Hilan payroll system – an advantage
• Experience with HiBob – an advantage
