Wurzak Hotel Group is seeking a Complex Chief Engineer to oversee two premier properties — the Sheraton and Element Valley Forge. What You’ll Be Doing:

  Leading and executing all maintenance operations across both hotels — including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life safety systems

  
  


• 
  

  Managing and mentoring an engineering team while promoting a strong safety-first, service-focused culture

  
  


• 
  

  Conducting regular preventative maintenance and inspections to ensure brand standards and compliance with all codes and regulations

  
  


• 
  

  Quickly and professionally responding to service requests, emergencies, and guest concerns

  
  


• 
  

  Reviewing, approving, and managing parts, tools, and purchase orders to stay ahead of maintenance needs

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborating with hotel leadership to plan and prioritize long-term facility upgrades and capital improvements

  
  


• 
  

  Maintaining detailed logs and documentation of maintenance activity

  
  


• 
  

  Ensuring a spotless and efficient operation that guests don’t even notice — because everything just works

  
  

‍ Who We’re Looking For:

• 
  

  High school diploma or GED required; formal training in building maintenance or trades preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in hotel or commercial facility maintenance

  
  


• 
  

  Hospitality experience is a must — you understand how your work supports the guest experience

  
  


• 
  

  Proven leadership experience in team management or departmental oversight

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with HVAC systems, electrical controls, plumbing, and preventative maintenance programs

  
  


• 
  

  HVAC and EPA Recovery Certifications are a big plus

  
  


• 
  

  Someone flexible, solutions-oriented, and calm under pressure — this is a 24/7 operation
