A top-ranked full-service firm in Southern California is seeking a litigation associate to join its elite team focused on real estate financing, construction litigation, land development, and white collar crime defense. This role offers exposure to dealer-broker disputes, land use, zoning, and trial support across high-stakes commercial matters.

Practice Areas: Complex Commercial & Real Estate Litigation, Business Dispute Resolution, Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance

Ideal Candidate:

• 2–7 years of litigation experience (real estate, corporate, or commercial)
• Strong writing, research, and courtroom skills
• Trial experience (1st or 2nd chair) preferred
• JD from ABA-accredited law school; CA Bar in good standing
• Experience with construction law, zoning, or regulatory matters a plus
