Position Overview
Are you a detail-driven problem solver with a passion for product safety and quality? Do you want to work in a fast-paced environment where your work directly impacts customer satisfaction and international compliance? We’re looking for a Compliance & QC Assistant to support our growing operations and help ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
In this role, you’ll report directly to the Compliance Manager and work closely with our international manufacturing partners, particularly our factory in Vietnam. You'll be instrumental in managing product testing, maintaining regulatory certifications, and resolving quality control issues for products sold across the U.S., Canada, and select international markets.
Regulatory Compliance & Documentation
Maintain and manage a detailed compliance testing calendar
Organize and update regulatory documentation
Review third-party lab reports and support the certification process
Quality Control & Product Development
Monitor product updates with Vietnam-based team
Investigate QC issues and support root cause analysis
Assist with monthly QC reports and customer support
Content & Collaboration
Contribute to assembly instructions and product data sheets
Build and test product samples during development
Ensure accurate product information with the Content Team
Special Projects
Support product development and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
What Makes You a Great Fit
2+ years of experience in consumer products, DTC, or quality assurance
Strong organizational and project management skills
Comfortable reviewing technical documents and lab reports
Excellent communicator across departments and time zones
Able to work independently and prioritize tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiar with ASTM, CPSC, ISTA standards
Bonus Skills (Not Required, but Nice to Have)
Experience with furniture or packaging design
Knowledge of drop-ship packaging requirements
Experience with overseas suppliers or global teams
