Title: Compliance and Sourcing Advisor
FLSA Status: Salary
Shift: 1st shift-Typically Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm (OT may be needed depending on company needs)
Reports to: Compliance Department
Employment Status: Full Time
Supervisory Responsibilities: No
Location: Remote/Hybrid (if branch space permits)
Summary
The Compliance and Sourcing Advisor plays a critical role in sourcing, onboarding, and workforce operations within the Professional team. This position requires a strong working knowledge of Beyond and other WorkForce Unlimited processes to ensure accurate data management, compliance adherence, and exceptional support to candidates, employees, and clients within the Professional team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, systems-savvy, and proactive, with the ability to manage onboarding, time and attendance support, and targeted sourcing initiatives to build a strong candidate pipeline for the Professional team.
Job Description:
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within internal systems (Beyond, timekeeping, and related platforms).
· Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and applicable employment regulations.
· Monitor documentation to confirm completion of onboarding and compliance requirements.
· Conduct audits of employee records and system data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
· Support internal reporting needs as required.
· Facilitate candidate onboarding, including document collection, system setup, and compliance verification.
· Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the onboarding process and during their role with
company.
· Assist employees with time and attendance questions, system navigation, and issue resolution.
· Provide ongoing support to employees and clients regarding compliance and workforce documentation
needs.
· Proactively source candidates in targeted geographic areas and skill markets to support the Professional
team.
· Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and
other sourcing strategies.
· Maintain accurate candidate records and activity tracking within Beyond.
· Partner with recruiters to anticipate hiring needs and align sourcing efforts accordingly.
· Provide administrative and operational support as needed across compliance and recruiting functions.
· Assist with special projects related to compliance and recruiting initiatives.
· Maintain confidentiality of employee and client information at all times.
Work/Education Experience Requirements:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills including telephone and email etiquette. Attention to
detail. Relationship building skills. Multitasking & Time Management Skills. Patience and Good Listening
Skills. Customer Focused with a consultative approach. High level of professionalism and Integrity. Ability
to thrive in a fast paced, growth environment.
· Strong knowledge of internal systems (Beyond, timekeeping platforms and related tools)
· Experience in staffing, recruiting operations, HR compliance.
· Strong Sourcing experience
· Self-motivated with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Physical Demands
Position may require individual to lift up to 25 pounds, bend, stoop, kneel and reach on occasion.
Position may require frequent traveling to prospective and existing clients.
Work Environment
Normal office work conditions should apply for this position: normal heating and cooling temperatures, operation of basic office machinery (copy machine, computers and scanners), and normal exposure to noise such as office machinery, telephones and visitors in a busy office. Individual may occasionally visit client offices. Must have ability to work remotely if branch space is limited. Remote work must follow our telecommuting/remote policy.
