Compliance Assistant

About the Role
As Compliance Assistant, you will focus on executing customer and third-party due diligence, performing AML checks, ensuring safer gambling compliance, assisting the DPO, and conducting marketing-related compliance checks.

Information:

• Limassol based (Fully on site)
• Working hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00 (30 min break)
• Salary range, depending on experience: 1700 to 2000 Gross per month
• Reporting to: Head of Compliance

Your responsibilities:

• Maintain compliance on all related products
• Analyse content on required websites and games
• Compile compliance related data during auditing of content
• Assisting with AML
• Processing DPO/SAR requests
• Communicate with other departments concerning compliance
• Scan active content to assure content meets compliance standards, while maintaining the quality level

What you should bring:

• Minimum of 1 year in a similar relevant position in the online gaming industry will be considered an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills combined with the ability to comprehend and analyse financial data
• Familiar of compliance documents and AML legal framework
• High level of attention to detail; effective decision-making abilities; ability to work on own initiative and to assess situations quickly and accurately
• Resilient with an ability to work under pressure, while maintaining accuracy and quality standards
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Fluent English speaker with strong written/verbal communication skills
